Hundreds of entries
Hundreds of entries were received for the One o’ Clock Gun Children’s Painting Competition.
Lachlan Rowley was the winner in the Infant Section. This week’s photograph shows Lachlan's entry.
The standard was so high that Edinburgh based author/ illustrator John Fardell had a hard job picking the winning entries. Sarah Boyack MSP will present the winners with their book token and certificates of merit at the One o’ Clock Gun Exhibition, Edinburgh Castle on Friday 16th December.
Edinburgh World Heritage has now moved to Acheson House in the Royal Mile.
The One o' Clock Gun & Time Ball Association worked with Edinburgh World Heritage to have the Black Watch statue on the Mound cleaned and the re-furbishment of the Nelson Monument and time-ball.
